New updates including comprehensive demographics, a withdrawn from the market filter and an AI integration. We now cover Scotland!
Introducing Mail Campaigns Direct to Vendor letters just got a BIG update. Smarter targeting, automated follow-ups, and full visibility over every letter you send. You can now set up automated letter campaigns that run on your behalf - no more manually sending one-offs and hoping for the best. Create different campaigns for different strategies with tailored messaging, and automatically schedule follow ups and sequencing. The big one: every letter can now include a QR code that tracks interest at an individual property level. You'll also get a clear overview of your entire Direct to Vendor process in one place: every campaign, every letter, every scan - so you always know exactly where things stand. Off-Market Properties You can now record your notes, comments, calls and offers for off-market properties on PropertyEngine, just like you are able to do for on-market properties. If you are working with off-market properties, your pipeline just levelled up. Other Updates Historic Floorplans - Past floorplans have now been added to the Floorplans tab so you can easily see what's been done to the property and understand it's potential. Pro at Pipelines? - You can now use our Advanced Filters in the main search to filter for properties saved across multiple pipelines, or with comments matching certain criteria. This means you can now easily find properties that you have saved in any place in your PropertyEngine account, perfect for power users who want to stay organised. Comparables - The average price shown in the area when looking at a property will now use your saved preferences for the radius, rather than always being 1 mile.
Introducing AI Condition Analysis We've been busy behind the scenes working on a new way to filter for properties based on a certain condition. Previously we had the "in need of modernisation" filter, which used advanced analysis of property descriptions to generate a shortlist of properties that needed work. We're taking that a step further by introducing a ground breaking new Property Condition filter, which uses AI analysis of the property photos to determine what condition a property is in. Now you can filter for a specific condition level. Do you want a complete wreck where you can add the maximum value? Search for properties with Major work needed. Looking for something a bit easier where a new kitchen and bathroom might suffice? Search instead for Outdated throughout. We are still making improvements and improving the accuracy of our AI models, but we wanted to open this up to the hands of all of our customers to try and give us feedback. That's why we're marking this as a beta feature for now. Small Updates Back in July we added the ability to save comparables, perfect for if you are looking at a deal and want to save your comparables so you remember which ones are the most relevant. You can now also bulk send D2V letters when selecting multiple properties from your pipeline
