You can now record your notes, comments, calls and offers for off-market properties on PropertyEngine, just like you are able to do for on-market properties. If you are working with off-market properties, your pipeline just levelled up.
Historic Floorplans - Past floorplans have now been added to the Floorplans tab so you can easily see what's been done to the property and understand it's potential.
Pro at Pipelines? - You can now use our Advanced Filters in the main search to filter for properties saved across multiple pipelines, or with comments matching certain criteria. This means you can now easily find properties that you have saved in any place in your PropertyEngine account, perfect for power users who want to stay organised.
Comparables - The average price shown in the area when looking at a property will now use your saved preferences for the radius, rather than always being 1 mile.
