We're very excited to release our October 2023 update to all users.
We have lots of new features to talk about in this release, so let's get into it.
It's now possible to save searches directly in PropertyEngine and to set up real time email alerts.
You can choose to either receive email alerts instantly as soon as properties come on the market, every hour, or as a summary at the end of every day.
You can now watch and receive email alerts for individual properties. For example, if there is a property that is sold subject to contract but you would like to be notified as soon as it comes back on the market (if it comes back on the market), you can watch and enable alerts for that property in PropertyEngine.
This is great for being proactive with contacting agents for properties that have fallen through or are being reduced in price.
Now when viewing properties on PropertyEngine, you'll see "new" properties by default, which means properties that you haven't yet labelled. This way it's easier than ever to use PropertyEngine as a "Deal Inbox" to see only new properties that you haven't yet labelled.
