The MCP is here. You can now connect PropertyEngine to Claude or ChatGPT, ask things like:
"Find 3-bed houses in Leeds under £200k that need refurbishment, which have the best margin?"
"Here's a Rightmove link - what's it actually worth, and what rent would it achieve?"
"Add both to my Q3 Refurbs pipeline and log that I called the agent."
Every figure comes from live listings, Land Registry, EPC and planning data - not the model's guesswork. Setup takes about a minute; there's nothing to install.

Demographics just got a whole lot more extensive. You now have all the information you need to help you make a more informed decision at your fingertips.
See detailed statistics on the demographic make up of an area, detailed crime statistics broken down by crime severity and type, as well as commuter habits.
If you're a visual person you're going to love how easy it is to see the data in our graphs. Things like nearby Schools and Train Stations are now also easily visible on the map.
We've listened to our users and by popular demand we have added coverage of Scotland to PropertyEngine! You can now search for properties in Scotland, add them to Pipelines, send D2V letters and more.
This is just the beginning for Scotland, whilst we don't have transacted prices currently, we'll be rolling out more functionality soon. Stay tuned.
Custom fields on properties - Ultimate package
You can now create your own custom fields in your account, this helps you track properties more easily while you filter and sort them in either the main search or pipeline view.
For example, if you are working out the ROI of all the properties you analyse, you can create an 'ROI' custom field, and then sort by highest ROI properties or filter by them.
New Filters
Withdrawn Filter - Properties that have been withdrawn within 30 days
Sold STC Filter - Properties that have been Sold Subject to Contract within 70 days
This will help you spot motivated sellers who might be struggling to close the deal as well as keep an eye out on those deals that might have slipped through your fingers - Well, not yet!
Top Tip! Combine one of the filters with other presets like 'Back & Reduced' or 'Negative Equity' to spot the really motivated sellers.
CSV Import
Stuck between too many platforms/systems?
Import a list of properties from other sources (including other sourcing platforms) into your Pipelines or Labels to help you keep track of all your properties under one roof.
Pick postcode areas off the map
You can now click on postcode areas to select your search area instead of having to type in each postcode area manually in the search. This makes it easier to define your search area visually rather than having to type them as a list.
