Our EPC data is now more reliable, and you can view the data from the EPC certificate right within PropertyEngine. The internal floor area figure now also comes from both the EPC certificate and the estate agent, and you can hover over it to see where the information comes from, so there is full transparency on the source of the data.
This also means improved coverage of price per sqft data across the platform.
You can now see the council tax band provided by the estate agent, plus the actual £ figure, as well as other planning constraints for the property, such as whether it's in an Article 4 area, Flood Risk area, or Conservation area.
The Strategy presets in our filters gain three new ways to spot motivated sellers:
Connect your accounts and turn your search into a full tailored command. No need for 20 filters to get your search 'just right', instead tell the AI exactly what you want exactly how you would say it:
"Find 3-bed houses in Leeds under £200k that need refurbishment, which have the best margin?"
"Here's a Rightmove link - what's it actually worth, and what rent would it achieve?"
"Add both to my Q3 Refurbs pipeline and log that I called the agent."
While left unattended AI can still be unreliable and at times just fully make stuff up; when you combine it with PropertyEngine you combine it with factual data from live listings, Land Registry, EPC and planning data, that's where the power lies.
And now with our September update, your AI agent can do more with PropertyEngine:
It's available now on the Ultimate plan.
