Our New Chrome Extension

Install it in Chrome and sign in with your PropertyEngine account. Then every listing you open on Rightmove or Zoopla gets a sidebar with the property's full address and what similar homes nearby sold for. It also tells you if the property's been listed with other agents before.

Its price history is there too: each reduction, when it came back on the market and how long it's been for sale. You can label the property or add it to a pipeline without leaving Rightmove, and one click opens the property in PropertyEngine. You can also view comparables in PropertyEngine with one click, as well as our new Area Insights.

This is great if you ever get sent Rightmove or Zoopla links and want to see the full information that PropertyEngine provides without leaving those websites.

Let Claude or ChatGPT Build Your Calculators

Ask Claude or ChatGPT to work out a deal and it can now build the calculator for you inside PropertyEngine. It's saved on the property's Calculators tab, tagged with the assistant that built it, and you can change any figure and see the rest update.

It can be any calculation you'd do in a spreadsheet. Ask for a BRR and it'll value the property on nearby sold prices and cost the refurb, then show how much money you'd leave in after the refinance. Ask it to cost a refurb and you'll get it room by room, with charts and a schedule of works.

If you're using our built-in calculators, then Claude or ChatGPT can now create these for you, but this is especially useful if you currently have your own custom calculator and want to bring it in to PropertyEngine so you can have everything in one place.

Your assistant works from PropertyEngine's live listings, Land Registry sold prices, EPC and planning data, so the prices and sold comparables it uses are real. It still runs your searches and manages your saved searches and custom fields as well.

Other Updates

• Share a property - a new share button on the property page copies a link for another PropertyEngine user, and it opens for them with the search you found it in.
• Paste a list of places - paste towns or postcodes into the search, even a column straight from a spreadsheet. You'll see what each one matched, then add them all at once.
• Links in the sold properties export - the sold properties CSV now has a link to each property and to its Rightmove or Zoopla listing, where there is one.
