Connecting PropertyEngine to Claude

Connect PropertyEngine to Claude and you can search the UK market, analyse deals and manage your pipeline just by chatting — Claude works directly with your PropertyEngine data, so there's no exporting or copy‑pasting.

You'll also need a Claude account. Any plan works — the free plan allows one custom connector.

What you can do

Find and analyse

  • Search UK properties for sale or rent with investor filters, and pull full details — price history, EPC, planning applications and photos.
  • Get instant comparables and area market stats — sold prices, rental yields and refurb/flip potential.
  • Turn a Rightmove or Zoopla link into full PropertyEngine data.

Manage your deals

  • Create and organise pipelines, and add or move properties between stages.
  • Label properties, add notes, and log calls, viewings and offers — straight from the chat.
  • Review what's on your boards and everything you've recorded against a property.

Connect it

  1. In Claude, go to Settings › Connectors, then click + › Add custom connector.
  2. Enter these details, then click Add:
  3. Click Connect next to PropertyEngine. Sign in if asked (we email you a 6‑digit code — no passwords), then click Allow. If you're already signed in to PropertyEngine, it's a single click.
  4. That's it — you're connected, and Claude keeps the connection alive in the background.

Use it in a chat

Connectors are switched on per conversation. Click the + button in the message box, choose Connectors, and toggle PropertyEngine on. Then just ask — for example:

  • “Find 3‑bed houses for sale in Leeds under £200k that look like they need refurbishment.”
  • “What have similar homes near LS6 4BT sold for, and what rent could I get?”
  • “Add these three to my ‘Hot leads’ pipeline and label them as needs‑refurb.”
  • “Log that I offered £185k on 12 Mill Street and they rejected it.”

Good to know

  • Claude acts as you, in your PropertyEngine workspace, and sees only what you'd see in the app.
  • It can both read your data and make changes — labels, notes, calls, offers and pipelines — so you stay in control of what you ask it to do.
  • Works the same on Claude's web, desktop and mobile apps. Not seeing it in a chat? Make sure the connector is toggled on for that conversation.
  • Disconnect any time in Claude under Settings › Connectors › Remove.
