How to cancel your PropertyEngine subscription

You can cancel or pause your PropertyEngine subscription by heading to the My Account section and clicking on Cancel membership, or by clicking here to go to the cancel subscription page.

If you are cancelling within 14 days of your subscription first starting, you are entitled to a full refund. Refunds will not be issued for subsequent months as we offer a flexible subscription where you can cancel or pause at any time.

Cancel by website

1. Go to the Cancel Subscription page
2. Log in to PropertyEngine if you're not already logged in
3. Follow the options to confirm that you want to cancel your subscription

Cancel by email

You can also write to us at [email protected] and request that your subscription is cancelled, but you must give us 3 working days notice when cancelling via email. Refunds will not be issued in case of contacting us via email and your subscription renews within 3 working days. If you do cancel via email, you must email us from your email address that is registered to your account.

Alternatively, you can email us from a different email address, so long as you provide:

• the email address registered to the account that you wish to cancel
• the date of the last subscription payment made from your bank
• the last 4 digits of your card that you use to pay for PropertyEngine
