Why should you sign up with James?

What is the different between the Basic and Pro package?: The Basic package has access to the entire PropertyEngine platform, minus property reports / brochures for deal packaging, direct to vendor letters, off-market sourcing and unlimited instant property alerts. If you do not need any of these features, you can sign up for the Basic package.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my package once I've signed up?: Yes, it is possible to upgrade or downgrade your package at any time. Upgrades will be processed immediately, and downgrades will take effect from when your subscription next renews (monthly if you are paying monthly).
Can I sign up for a free trial without being charged?: To sign up for a free trial of PropertyEngine, you need to enter your card details. However, we won't charge you until the end of your free trial period. To avoid being charged, make sure to cancel your free trial before it ends.
Can I get a refund?: If you are within 14 days of your free trial ending or subscription first starting, you can cancel for a full refund from the My Account section. We do not give refunds for subsequent monthly payments, regardless of whether they are used or unused, as we offer a flexible rolling contract where you can cancel at any time.
